PT Freeport Indonesia yang berada di Kawasan Java Integrated Industrial Estate (JIIPE), Gresik, Jawa Timur sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi : General Admin Officer

The key duties and responsibilities of this position:

Key responsibilities related to administration support and general services include record and manage all internal request systematically, coordinating with appropriate internal departments to achieve based on Smelter Policy and timely manner. This also includes, but is not limited to, project administrative tasks and support service system implementation for Smelter Operation Readiness, business partner coordination, and internal business coordination.

Operation Readiness administration and services support

  • Identify and manage general admin support for all Dept Area under Operation readiness during construction phase. Including, but not limited to:
    • Coordinating with the appropriate business partners to ensure all administration aspect in operation readiness activities well support (meeting arrangement, visit arrangement etc)
    • Handling General administration support request from all area.

HR and Business Services administration

  • Handling and manage all supporting to operation readiness activities, including but not limited to:
    • Manage Office Service: Office services, OB, catering, general transportation, meeting room, office supply
    • Expat support: Itinerary, flying ticket, accommodation, expat document (coordination with Office Services and Formalities PTFI Jakarta
    • Support HR administration activities (Recruitment, training

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinates with officer services PTFI, all administration team of Smelter Operation Readiness, Administration Manyar Smelter Project/ Construction team in supporting Operation Readiness administrations.
  • Supervising all services team including vendor for office services.

The key challenges in this position:

Incumbent of this role, should be ready with startup condition in operation, very dynamic and will handle end to end administration, establishing the administration system.

This role should have high adaptability, proactive and have sense of urgent and critical in every support in operation

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, public relation, secretary and relate it major area
  • Previous experience with all administration process and general affairs (minimum 3 years), or Diploma 3 degree (Secretary, administration and relate it major) (Minimum 5 Years exp)

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Mastery of computer skills sufficient to maintain all administration system and prepare reports
  • Ability to work on issues that may lead to conflict or be emotionally charged
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with teams.
